Scheduled maintenance and tyres are included in the monthly price. You do not have to deal with servicing the car.
Insurance and comprehensive cover
Insurance and comprehensive cover are included in the monthly price. You can add extra protection packages at the office when you pick up the car.
Replacement vehicle
If the car breaks down or needs servicing, you get a replacement car. Our 24/7 roadside assistance line is available throughout the rental.

To continue, let the office know at least 24 hours before the rental ends. Extensions are charged at the current price on that day.

What is included in the monthly rental price?
Maintenance, insurance, comprehensive cover, tyres and a replacement car are included in the monthly price, and all prices include VAT. Fuel is not included; you return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
Do I pick up the car at İzmir Airport?
Yes. You pick up the car at our office in the domestic or international arrivals terminal of İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport and return it at the airport when the rental ends. If you enter your flight number when booking, we track delays.
How many kilometres can I drive per month?
The monthly limit depends on the car and is shown in the price table above. If you need more, you can buy extra kilometres.
Is the monthly price fixed?
Prices are set again every month. The price in your contract applies for the whole rental; if you extend, the current price on the day of the extension applies.
How much is the deposit, and do I need a credit card?
Yes, you need a credit card in the renter’s name. At pick-up, a hold of 5,000 to 10,000 TL is placed on the card depending on the car group; debit cards and cash are not accepted. If there are no extra charges, the hold is released after the rental; depending on your bank this can take 5–15 business days.
What do I need to rent a car monthly?
You must be at least 21 and have held a driving licence for at least 3 years. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, an international driving permit and, if you are not a Turkish citizen, your passport are also required.
