At our offices in the international and domestic arrivals terminals of İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport. We also have a city office in Gaziemir. If you enter your flight number when booking, we track delays.

You must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 3 years.

Yes, you need a credit card in the renter’s name. At pick-up, a hold of 5,000 to 10,000 TL is placed on the card depending on the car group; debit cards and cash are not accepted. If there are no extra charges, the hold is released after the rental; depending on your bank this can take 5–15 business days.

No prepayment is required. Choose “Pay at the office” when booking and pay the rental by credit card at the office when you pick up the car.

The limit depends on the car: the daily limit is shown in the price table in this section, and the limit for monthly rentals in the table on our monthly rental page. Extra kilometres can be purchased.

Yes. If your licence is not written in the Latin alphabet, you must show an international driving permit together with your own licence and, if you are not a Turkish citizen, your passport.

For prepaid bookings, cancellations made up to 24 hours before pick-up are refunded in full. For later cancellations, one day’s rental is charged; one-day bookings are non-refundable.

Mandatory third-party liability insurance is included in every rental. The cover included in the price varies by offer; you can add the LCF (tyres, glass, headlights, mirrors), Mini Damage and Full Cover packages at the office when you pick up the car.

Bookings are made by car group; a specific model is not guaranteed. If no car of the same group is available, you get a car from a higher group.

Return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
